Weight Watchers I feel is the healthiest one because it was the very first organized diet and you have choices on which eating plan to use, such as the core plan or the flex plan. I hate the atkins diet though. That diet excludes carbohydrates and when you are on a diet, you need all the food groups.

If my blood sugar is too high or low before or after meals, how do I adjust my diet to compensate?

I am 5’7 and 190 lbs. I currently am walking 30 minutes a day, do elliptical bike for 20 min every other day, and do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday. What would be a good diet and am I doing anything wrong or should I add anything to my workouts?

My brother in law suffered from mental problems when he stopped eating and continued his statin drug for high cholesterol. The brain needs cholesterol and he suffered severe depression when he stopped eating food and continued the powerful statin drugs.

Although people eating a well-balanced vegan diet are among the healthiest in the world, some people have issues transitioning to this diet. Some fail to eat enough legumes and whole grains. Or they may fail to eat leafy greens.

Do you caution friends about making radical diet changes?

I’m thinking about replacing red meat with white meat in my diet. I’ve read that white meat has less fat and saturated fat than red meat, but I’m not sure if it will be worth it. I’d like to know any benefits and disadvantages to this diet.

I used to be used to diet & maintaining them, now whenever I put in my head to lose the weight i gained i just keep on failing, Im developing a high appetite, how do i lose this? & how do i highten my metabolism. I rlly feel bad about my body :( & im just 15 years old . I dnt eat anything healthy.
