I started eating healthy- no fast foods, lots of protein fiber etc… and iv been at about 1600-1700 cal per ay for the past 5 -6 weeks. I went from 202 to 192 lbs and i want to start goin to the gym.

do i do cardio plus weights?.. how much should i exercise to lose 2 lbs per week of fat withot sacrificing muscle. thanks!

by eating just raw food, do you get weaker? are sunflowers seeds ok?? what sort of drinks are ok to drink while on this diet?

I want to lose fat. I’m running, exercising, and eating right, but want to do more. If I do say, fifty situps and twenty pushups a day will I lose fat? Or will I gain muscle? I’m not going to be doing any other weight training, and I’m not using dumbells or anything at all. Also, should I try high reps, in a short time to lose the most fat?
