I was just looking for opinions about this…Only serious answers please. Ive tried alot of different ones but havent really had good results. I try to exercise as much as possible and watch what I eat but my metabolism is real low. Any helpful answers are appreciated! Thanks:)

i heard that doing cardio early in the morning will help you lose fat more efficiently due to the body’s glycogen reserves being exhausted overnight so the body has to rely on burning fats for fuel…But some says you’re likely to lose muscle along with fat and stuff.
