Hello. I’m 29 years old with three kids. I was browsing my pix on FB yesterday and was disturbed to see how much I have aged in the face. All the pictures I was looking at were taken within the past two or three years. I have lost around 100lbs since 2008, I thought with all the diet, exercise and weight loss I would look younger. The only thing I can think is maybe more wrinkles with weight loss? Any of your thoughts would be great! Thanks.

Hi. I have been on a diet for like 4 months, I have also been exercise regularly, I have lost 18 pounds, but when I measure myself I have lost only an inches? Why? Is it possible to lose weight and not lose fat? And what can I do?

Say for example one skinny man weighs 150lbs and another fat one weighs 170lbs (they are both the same height)… if they both do the exact same exercise, who will reach the goal of 160lbs first? The first trying to gain 10lbs of muscle or the second trying to lose 10lbs of fat?
