From the push up position alternately drive your knee into toward your chest. The final exercise of this workout is the burpee. Perform a push up then thrust both feet in toward your hands and immediately stand up or jump up onto your feet. In this workout perform six repetitions of the push ups and burpees and twelve repetitions of mountain climbers. Perform four to twelve intervals of this challenging fat loss workout.
