Body Weight exercises are perfect for losing weight and building muscle, doing body weight exercises regularly will not only help you gain strength but will also make you look lean and athletic. You would like body weight exercises purely because to perform them you do not require any gym equipment and you only need use your body weight as resistance, this makes it easier for you to perform these exercises anytime and anywhere.
