I only want to lose 5-10 pounds. I’m going on vacation in a couple weeks and would like to lose some quick weight
I normally weigh around 100 pounds. I’m at 110 right now and I am eating better/working out, but my work schedule is insane and seems to be keeping the weight on (working a lot of doubles or turn around shifts when I get home at midnight and have to be back by 8 am) so yeah my body’s holding on to the weight and that’s never happened to me before
