yes, i hear you, i’m trying to lose 20 pounds i put on from giving up cigaretts, diet pills DO NOT work, you have to cut back on any junk food you eat, actually, i take 2 apple cider vinegar capsules before meals, i do a wee bit of exercise, not much, good luck to you

excersize ….every week day denise austin has a 1 hour work out program half is yoga the other half is cardio burns 300 calories !!!

there is no way u can loose weight fast trust me ive tried basically everything u just have to do it the right way diet and excercise
I suppose Atkins is the fastest way to lose weight. Cut out all carbs and eat only protein. Ketosis will set in and your weight will melt in a relatively short period of time.

Well im trying to get them janet abs but im a little close. I run on a tredmill and do bellydances.

The best way to lose weight is by cutting down to smaller portions and smaller plate. Eat more Veg and Fresh fruit , meat must be no bigger than a deck of cards 3oz . You may drink anything that is diet or no sugar drink as that is free drink that you can drink alot of . 3 square meals a day and 2 small snacks no more than 100 calories. And next is the exercising, you can do walks , arobics or band flexes and dumb bell wieghts . As long as you move it to work the wieght off it will come off. It all has to do with discipline. Because in the long run your body will be used to this and not yo-yo up and down like the pills do . Hope this helps !
