congrats on the new job!
you can definitely reach your 80 pound goal are
you ready for a lifestyle change?
first you need to understand diets do not work that’s why I ask are you ready to change your lifestyle.
you need to eat 5-6 times a day I know sounds crazy but it helps to speed your metabolism ex..
breakfast- 2 egg white one yolk with veggie omelet 1 piece of whole grain toast.
snack-yogurt or fruit
lunch- half a sandwich with fruit or veggies
snack- trail mix or string cheese
dinner- lean meat with lots of veggies and a little brown rice
snack if needed a spoonful of peanut butter
portion control is the most important you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite stuff! and drink plenty of water too. stay away from sugar and lots of salt.
when you dont eat often during the day your body is unsure when it will get its next meal so it will store your food as fat instead of burning it off as energy.
keeping a food diary will help you out too so you can pin point what you need to change
don’t get discouraged if you mess up one day it happens just start all over the next good luck!!

Of course. Eat better proportioned meals when you eat lunch at school, breakfast in the morning anf dinner whenever. Drink lots of water. Dont eat lots of junk food on your work breaks if you’re hungry. Try raw vegies, fruits, non-buttered popcorn or a 100-Calorie-Pack. On you time off after taking care of homework do some exercise and go out for a walk.

Of course it’s possible! When I was working, it really helped me lose some weight by distracting me. Plus, standing on your feet as a cashier is better than sitting around. You’ll need to change your eating habits and try to get some activity in if you want to lose weight. And remember, it’s a slow process. If you can, try meeting with a nutritionist to set up a balanced meal plan. I like plans where you eat about 5 small meals a day, but that might not be possible with your schedule. 1500 calories a day is a good starting place. Be sure to take a vitamin, too! Also, if you can get in a short cardio workout everyday before school, that would be great! If not, concentrate on working out on the weekends. A brisk walk or jog every morning would go a long way! I sincerely wish the best of luck. You can do it!
Mine, please?

As a cashier? You’ll just be standing there all day long! No way, get a new job. I’m a hostess at this huge restaruant and one time I took my pedometer and it said I walked 6 miles in like 9-10ish hours!
Get a job where you’re gonna be walking around and not just standing in one place. If you stand up for a long time you will get varicose veins on your legs!! (ugly purple vains)

eat smaller portion 3- 4 times a day and don’t eat past 8pm.
go for a walk or jog for 30mins. 100 crunches. do sum free weight (2-5lbs) 4 times a week of exercise.

Of course it’s possible, especially if one of the reasons that you are overweight is due to eating while bored or distracted. I used to do that sometimes and once I was going to school full-time and working full-time I just didn’t have time anymore.
One key is to make sure you don’t skip meals, you sabotage your diet if you do that. It’s better to eat smaller amounts every few hours rather than one-three big meals a day. Skipping a meal can also cause you to overeat later because you’ll feel really hungry. Most of the cheap, fast on-the-go food is unhealthy, so try to bring along a piece of fruit, some almonds, or something that is better for you if you want a snack between school and work or on your breaks.
Try to fit in some form of aerobic exercise for at least half an hour three times a week. More would be better, but if that is all you have time for it will still make a difference.
Good luck!
