i want to know the best exercises to do if i want to lose thigh fat really quickly. summer is coming up and i want to look good. i have a tread mill so how long shall i go on it and what speed? i do not want to gain muscle so my thighs look big i just want to lose fat. is there a specific diet i should follow.

any ideas will help :)

I started weight lifting in order to lose weight/fat. Should I eat a protein bar afterward? They are high in calories and fat and I’m trying to LOSE weight, not just gain muscle. In this case, should I eat them or are they doing more harm than good?

Do you just work out? I mean.. right now I’m doing some Ab workouts and I’m using a 10 pound dumbbells but what I’m asking is.. doesnt the muscle build UNDER those fats and The fats are still there even though I continuesly work out? Or by time wise do i lose fat by continuing working out?
