Hello. I am 17 this year and i’ve gained 49.5kgs. Im extremely unhappy about this and I really need to lose some weight and really fast. Is there any kind of diet tips or any thing which might stop me from feeling hungry all time that you might be aware of? Please help me. I’ve stopped drinking Sodas, and eating junk foods. I want to lose weight naturally so please dont recommend any weight loss pills or anything. Unfortunately I cannot start exercising until June. Any kind of tips would be highly appreciated. Also i’d be glad if you could tell something that really worked on you or a frnd/family. Thanks!
