Please Answer. Weight loss help needed. =(?
Hello. I am 17 this year and i’ve gained 49.5kgs. Im extremely unhappy about this and I really need to lose some weight and really fast. Is there any kind of diet tips or any thing which might stop me from feeling hungry all time that you might be aware of? Please help me. I’ve stopped drinking Sodas, and eating junk foods. I want to lose weight naturally so please dont recommend any weight loss pills or anything. Unfortunately I cannot start exercising until June. Any kind of tips would be highly appreciated. Also i’d be glad if you could tell something that really worked on you or a frnd/family. Thanks!

You’ve already taken the first step. :)
You have to start eating regularly. You should eat small meals often, like 5-6 meals a day. SMALL meals.
And move as much as you can, even though you can’t excersize. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to the grocery store. Walk as much as you can, a tad bit faster than you normally do.
The trick is to burn more calories than you eat. By eating small meals often, you’ll improve your metabolism.
Oh, and don’t eat until you’re full. Eat until you’re not hungry.
