add some almonds in breakfast, an occasional egg or fish ( look for Tofu is you are vegetarian), include some legumes, beans. In breakfast you can also have Oats or wheat porridge/corn flakes somedays. I like the way you have one bottle of water every meal, wish i could just do that. Also, include some vegetable soup before dinner.

You need a lot more protein.

You need more protein and more weight lifting. Lifting weights burns a lot of calories and then you have a nice toned body

Try slimfast…a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, then eat whatever you want for dinner.
My uncle Joe lost 30 pounds on slim fast.

Hi
I guess that’s excellent food choice.
Breakfast looks very healthy & "nuterious" to kick of the day. Rest of the menu also looks cool with lot of fiber. If you add tortilla OR pita bread in your lunch menu that will be great too. All healthy & yumm….. with all this I must say exercise is the key point for any weight loss plan.
A man’s health can be judged by which he takes two at a time – pills or stairs. ~Joan Welsh
Anyways, goodluck with your weight loss plan.
Regards
Sunitha.

I take it you’re a vegitarian? Not the best/healthiest of choices and makes it difficult to lose weight at times. That’s okay, it looks like it’s a good start! Try it for a while and see how it goes. Here’s what I see that could be tweaked if it’s not working for ya.
Granola is typically high in carbohydrates. It’s okay, especially for breakfast, but it’s not the best weightloss food. You should be fine here, but if your plan isn’t working for you, try switching to Cheerios, MiniWheat (unfrosted), or Oatmeal. Eggs are an excellent choice here also, cheese, veggies and meat are okay to add to the eggs.
Lunch: No fruit cups. Get yourself some raw nuts, veggies or yogurt. You may want to try to get some meat here if you’re not a vegitarian. Tuna, chicken and turkey are great choices.
Snack: orange after lunch, stick with something lower in carbs and higher in protein. Look into protein bars and shakes.
Dinner: No carrots at dinner, no pasta at dinner, easy on the apples at dinner. Basically you wanna watch you carb intake closely after lunch, especially the simple carbs found in the carrots, pasta and apples. You’re already getting your carbs in the form of the asparagus and walnuts. Use Romaine or Baby lettuce and Iceburg as filler since the iceburg has no nutrition to it. Add some protein in there and get yourself another green veggie. I love asparagus or greenbeans.
Protein: it helps you burn the calories because it’s the most difficult for your body to break down into energy. You should make sure you get a good amount at every meal to help you lose weight.
Excercise: Add some weight lifting in there 2 times per week to build muscle. Do your cardio at least 3-4x per week.
