Weight loss in seven days?
ok, i have a youth group pool party on the 17th of august and i want to lose weight and get a little bit toned because i don’t want to wear board short be cause they are a but small and that is a lot of covering up since the girls have to wear tankinis
but back to the question.
i’m biking 1 1/2 miles a day at the very least (usually about 3 1/2 miles) for field hockey
all i’m going to eat is breakfast(eggs and half a bagel)
and a strawberry or a couple grapes after practice.
i am not overweight and i dont care if i gain the weight back
How much weight should i lose if i do this for about seven days?

also, i need to have 10 carbs at least before practice so i dont crash on the field and that what the bagel is for… so i cant skip out on that

Well if you stick to your practice and your biking and your diet, I estimate you’ll lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds.
Now you won’t really tone up but you will be lean. To get tone you have to lift a little weights in between there. Its hard to get toned in that short of a time.

you need more food than that but youll loose about 5 pounds but dont just do biking..need to work arms abs butt not just the legs and butt..and its mostly the legs your using

If u don’t eat every 3-4 hrs. ur metabolism might slow down and make u gain weight so eat more! u might lose like 3 pounds.

Try not to eat lean meat,pineapples,plums, and dairy products.Work out everyday and eat cornflakes for breakfast.And don’t eat rice in dinner,lunch.Eat only vegetables with fish or meat.I’ve done it before.Hope that it helps.

you can eat salad+ bread+ a lil bit chicken+ greek dressing 3 times a day. that’s all, but 3/4 salad, 1/4 (bread+chicken)

You might lose weight ,
but in one week you aren’t going to lose an obvious amount off your body .
But you might lose about 5-8 lbs.
depending on your body type .
( All are different. )
I actually can loose 5lbs. In an hour ,
but i gain it back just as fast as i loose it once i eat .
