Weight Loss Plan….?
I’m going to be getting a membership at Lifetime Fitness next Friday and right now I’m using my 7-day trial
I’m 15 and I want to lose around 10-20 pounds and I have till the end of July to do it because after that I’m canceling my membership since school volleyball will start and I’ll have no time.
I’m not exactly sure what I should do when I work out and what I should eat.
I want to make my waist smaller and tighter and make my legs lean. Also, I kinda have a big butt…so how can I make it smaller?
What machines should I use and for how long? How much should I weight lift and what areas do I lift more in?
I wanna go back to school in August feeling confident.

P.S. I weigh around 150 and I’m about 5’5.

As for working out, definitely do a cardio exercise everyday, such as running, swimming, or biking. Next work on either your arms, legs, or core everyday. (Pick one, don’t do all of them in one day) You can do push ups, lunges, sit ups, etc. For food, just try to eat healthy. Drink a lot of water, cut out all the soda, eat a lot of vegetables and fruits for snacks. As for your main meals just try to eat healthier versions of what you already eat, or just smaller portions throughout the day.
