Luckily, if you are still young enough you can exercise and firm up loose skin! Swimming the breaststroke, and a frog-style swim, on your stomach will help. Most men and women have to exercise along with weight loss. good luck!

Exercise while you lose weight, and make sure you drink plenty of water. Although it all depends on exactly what type of skin you have, the fact that you have no stretch marks is a good indication that your skin has lots of elastin. You just need to keep your skin healthy by caring for it well, protecting it from sun damage, and drinking lots of water for cell health.

uh, i’m 20 and from what i did at age 15-16, (soccer practice lots of running, and low calorie) i lost 32 pounds, and after the first month, i had skin that was a little loose, but half way through the next month, the skin started to tighten up. At 16, you won’t have any problem with your skin, the only thing that should still make you appear fat is water weight, so if you’r loosing weight rapidly, you might want to consider a sauna. (i checked all this out with my doctor, he said that that much weight in 2-3 months was somewhat unhealthy, but the sauna was by all means s good idea, to balance things out. he also said to MAKE SURE i took a vitamin supplement, and he also wanted to let me know that nausea, diarreah, and indigestion would be sommon sighns of loosing weight so quickly, and is a healthy bodily funcion for that life-style)
