i like it. you should make a video of your most advanced workout like a superman or planche pushup or maybe a muscleup. i can’t do the pushups but i can do ten muscleups. Im on my

@roadawg78 Thanks for the feedback man! I’ll put an advanced workout in the queue. Planche push ups are really challenging for me. I’ve never pulled off a “clean one” yet but I’m working on it :) Pull ups and muscle ups are my strong points too. I’ll work those into some upcoming vids.

@HardTimesHardBodies Awsome man! You look like you have a killer upper body. My upper body is nice and toned its just not that big. The reason for that is because I usually never use weights… I try not to but if you know a way to get big without weights that would be terrific! I will definitely thumbs up and favorite the video. Haha I’ve never been able to do a full planche either but I’m gonna start training that area pretty soon hopefully.

@roadawg78 Thanks man. Getting bigger is just a matter of progressively challenging the body with mechanical stress and then supporting that training nutritionally. You don’t need external resistance to stress the body. The planche puts stress on every muscle in the upper body, for example. Good luck! -Curtis

hello. first i would like to say that these videos are very good and have some great exercises. i am in college and i have gained about 5-8 pounds of the freshman 15 unfortunately. i am on break and have about 3-4 weeks before i have to go back and would like to burn some fat off mainly in the butt legs and stomach. what exercises can i do and how many times a day/week and how long of a time period for each workout should i do? is it possible to burn the fat and make muscle in such short time?

by the way, i am about 185 pounds currently and would just like to lose the fat that i do have because i do not like it and feel sort of insecure about it
