# 1 weight loss tip
Healthy lifestyle coach Erin Huggins shares her number one weight loss tip. Hey there, I am so inspired to help people reach their weight loss goal. I have lost over 20 pounds and I want to help you do the same. Helping people lose weight naturally is one of my biggest mission in life. I know how frustrating weight loss is because I’ve been there. My weight loss approach is completely holistic. I teach what I did to lose 20 pounds and keep it off for 13 years. I want to show you that weight loss is not a mystery. Weight loss is simply a matter of the right conditions coming together. Your weight loss goal is EASY if you have all the right ingredients. You have to think about what you will gain from losing. Stop thinking about your weight loss goal and start thinking about the benefits from your goal. This is VERY important. To many people only focus on the big picture weight loss goal and they dont focus on the steps or the conditions that will make weight loss inevitable. This is crucial to your success. I can not stress this enough! Ok, so I went off on a little tangent there. Natural nutrition is so important. Whole foods, and natural foods from the earth will get you to your goal. You have to start to care for yourself by eating and preparing whole, organic and natural foods whenever possible. When you do this weight-loss is inevitable. And this is what you want. www.erinhuggins.com Good luck and success, Erin

Food: Material, usually of plant or animal origin, that contains or consists of essential body nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals, and is ingested and assimilated by an organism to produce energy, stimulate growth, and maintain life.
Yea, you know a lot fucking retard. Go get some more tattoos and come back and preach some more, slut.

Ive never thought of it that way before erin. i am going to make the choice to look and see what your talking about cause ive never been the “cooking from scratch” type, but it makes sense. ill eat real food for 10 days and see what happens! looking into a lot of your videos and im going to do something about my health. thanks for the motivation, i dont have to go to the gym to workout if im not able to get there on a regular basis!

Dear Erin, I have a 10 months old baby & now I’m in my 7th pregnancy week. Right after delivering my son I could loose weight easily, I afterwards tried to get back to my before pregnancy weight, by eating healthy and practicing but it was impossible. I’m now on a healthy diet eating mostly vegetables, salad& meat to loose a bit of weight & practicing 2 hours a day, but I ONLY GAIN WEIGHT WHICH MAKES ME SAD! WHAT IS THIS? IN MY FIRST PREGNANCY &DURING THE FIRST 5 MONTHS I LOST WEIGHT..

I totally agree with you when you say that what we eat is not food!

@ErinHuggins What about rye bread? Don’t know if you’re familiar with this, but we eat it in Denmark, and I believe it’s quite healthy …
