a question for you, should i be doing my cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast? i know not to weighttrain until i’ve had a meal but is it ok to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes?

yea, he said in the video that it burns up pure fat because you don’t have any carbs in your body yet it was at around 3:30

Yep but idealy avoid to much impact on your bones in morning CV, try biking, or cross trainers, rowers etc, even Shadow boxing for 20 mins in the morning, as combat sports training is the toughest of all sports

Yes but dont over do it, espescially bananas as the darker it gets the more sugar and carbs it has, but they are better sugars

LOL no it´s the opposite. Smoking speeds up your metabolism and you burn more calories but it´s bad for your health and you can get lung cancer.

Yup it´s good to do cardio before breakfast if you have time and if you don´t have time before breakfast and you are going to work out later then you can do cardio after weight lifting.

Some people like me can eat healthy carbs in the evening without putting on fat but I agree if you are not active like doing weight lifting or something like that where you need energy then you should have lowcarb meals in the evening.

Hi Rico, I’ve read that Extra Virgin Olive Oil is healthy. So I’ve bought a bottle of it and plan to have about 3 table spoons of it every morning and evening. Is it too much or too less?

I’m 16 and I used to weigh 230 pounds in August, almost pure fat. Now I weigh 165 and most of my weight is muscle. I have a healthy diet, many small meals throughout the day, consisting of healthy choices. I workout routinely and these two combined helped me shed most of the fat but now I wanna focus on losing the tiny tiny layer of fat hiding my abs, chest, and definition. I understand plateaus and I’ve gone through a few already but this one is killing me. Any tips?

Hey Rico i have a question, you say to do cardio in the morning so what do i get up and do 10 min of cardio and then have my breakfast??? OR do i have my breakfast first cause you say you want to burn up carbs. and not muscle but if i dont have anything to eat then wont i be burning off muscle ???? and awesome vids :D

@Pacman2403 NO food……….so you are burning FAT instead of carbs in the first minute…..eat after
