@KapiTwojStary I would do it wo times in a row then – it’s better. Musles need 24 hours of regeneration so that they can grow.

this is one of the best ab workouts. I’ve been doing it for a year and have seen amazing results. people ask me all the time what I do to have such a flat toned stomach and i lead them here!

If your necks hurts, you are doing them wrong, he clearly says use your abs and not your neck fuckin idiots, this workout works, just eat right and follow directions

to avoid “neck pain” try to look as upest as you can while you doing the abs.

When you first start doing the exercises you will probably pull your head forward and cause the neck pain.
Learn to avoid this and control the movements with your abs and you’ll see results in no time. Without the neck pain.
Should take you 2-3 times to start doing these as they should be done.

I don’t care what people say I have been doing this for a month, right, and I have resulted in huge neck pains. Also my abdominal muscles hurt like crazy. Is this a sign it’s working? Is this normal??

I can testify too. This is a great program. But I started to get to busy & started forgeting often. Then I just said screw it and stopped. Dumbest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been doing it for a week and it’s already making noticable differences! Again it works wonders!
