@megazeroable use dumbbells with more weight, lift it the same way that he does with the bar but control it with the dumbbells.

Hi, 1. do you only use dumbbells and barbells or do you also use the machines that stand around in a normal gym (like butterfly machine etc.). 2. How often do you do cardio a week? Thanks!
