@badoc10 Whey is just a fast absorbing protein (as opposed to casein, which is slower) so it will begin repairing those muscles that you’ve just torn through workout.
Personally, I love bodyweight exercises, I think it’s a very natural and effective way to workout. Push-ups are great and I would recommend a door-frame pull up bar. Pull ups are a good way to get a strong upper body. Do all the variants: palms away, towards, wide-arm, close hand. (should do the same variants with push-ups)

@rockingraw21 The protein found in plants is lacking in completeness of amino acids compares to animal proteins. The really lean proteins (poultry breasts, fish, seafood) are the best as they don’t bog you down with saturated fat.

Bro what u say is right. but i not agree to the shaker and the blender. 15-20 min including cleaning. What fucking bul shit is that ?? The blender is king if u ask me.. I throw in some ice,milk or water. An dthe a scop of p. And i am done. Mixing and cleaning takes me max 4-5 min.

Whey protein is great for building muscle. But it’s best used with some form of anabolic steroid as our friend Darin here already knows! :)

@hellbarren adding whey protein to milk forms anothe protein called caesin which is a slow absorbing protein best take whey with water after workout, maybe mix with skimmed milk before bed
