I feel sad.. cause I love food lol. I am 5’4 150 pounds. I maintain my weight, I don’t gain. I do not eat bad AT ALL. I think its my birth control. I use to go the gym. I stopped cause I didnt think I was losing weight.
I am starting back tomorrow once I have breaks during classes.
I don’t even want to eat anymore, if I am hungry I just wanna eat an apple. I bought zumba for my wii so I hope I can keep going. I am starting today (tuesday, the 17 day no carb diet). I hope I lose weight by Feb 24

I am thinking of buying an iPod this week. I need music to keep going at the gym and on a treadmill for at least 20-25 minutes. I don’t have any music. my last iPod broke so going to the gym didn’t motivate me. but now I think about it. I think the music will keep me going if I get an iPod or something.

Thanks for sharing this video! I’ve gained 10 pounds in the past 2 years and it shows. I realized my biggest mistake is eating and overeating the wrong food when I’m stressed with work/school, this is a hard habit to break =/ Any tips on breaking my bad habit?

@ilovemac003 Don’t feel sad! We all love food! I highly suggest you start writing everything you eat – keep a food journal. That way you are more conscious of how many cals you take in as well as carbs, fats and proteins. Start drinking plenty of water and increase your intake of veggies and lean proteins. Cut back on sugar!

@heartz500 Are you eating out? Get rid of any and all junk foods that are at home. Stock up in healthy snacks – nuts, dried fruits, fruits and veggies, low fat string cheese. Planning and preparing meals and snacks is key to your weight loss success so make sure you dedicate one day out of the week to preparing your meals and snacks in topperwares and ziploc bags. Hope this helps!

Do u have an advice for those who wanna gain weight?!
themrmrissa on January 24, 2012 at 6:44 am
My problem is that i like sleeping :’( i dont mind go to bed being hungry..
naseemdelan on January 24, 2012 at 9:37 am
@themrmrissa If you are trying to gain weight (the healthy way), you will first need to calculate how many calories you are taking in and from there slowly start to incorporate more calories from healthy foods and eating more frequently. Exercise will help you increase your metabolism, have more of an appetitie because of the revved up metabolism. Hope this helps!

@themrmrissa I have a huge metabolism. I am a competitive figure skater and train for about four hours a day on and off the ice. Many people say I eat a ton (even the physician), but I still can’t gain weight because I am sooo active. I know how you feel!

In terms of weights and muscles, it depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to tone, you do more reps with lighter weights, but if you want to build heavy muscle, you want to max out and do little reps.

i feel so sad because people always make fun of me and my weight. I’m 4’11 and 104 pounds. They always say stuff like “look who’s talking fatty” or something even more hurtful. They don’t understand how it hurts me or any other person. And naseemdelan do you know any good exercises that will help me lose weight without a gym. I eat healthy foods except once in a week nowadays I eat like over my intake. Do you have any advice for that?
naseemdelan on January 24, 2012 at 7:44 pm
@9gabbyphunkulh Don’t feel sad! They are just haters and “People love us for the way we are and enemies hate us for the same exact reason” so forget what they save and focus on improving yourself! As far as exercise goes, have you tried circuit workouts? Like mentioned in the video, give jump roping a try and all you need is 20 min max. Check out bodyrock.tv they also have plenty of exercises you can do at home! Hope this helps!
