I love these because you can do them simply at home, they’re comfortable and easy for virtually anyone to do because you don’t need to be flexible or do a bunch of jumping around. Also, you don’t use all kinds of random equipment. I love it!

I started today and I must say, you ALREADY have me sitting on couch drinking water! I finally found someone who will respond back and won’t leave questions lingering.
I hope to lose 40 pounds by the end of May. At this rate, I might go over my goal :)

@OfficialKeriFan about 100-150 depending on the size of the person! If you do it 3 times 300-450 :)

@SasuNaru268 Yay!! Drink tons of water, only drink water. It will help you lose weight. And the more workouts you do the more water you’ll want to drink. Look up my page on fb if you want a schedule of workouts to help you reach your goal.

@shstell You need a combination of healthy eating, cardio and muscle conditioning to lose belly fat. Good news – you know what to do, it is not rocket science so just make the commitment to fitness.

@babistallava The first result happens in your mind when you decide to make fitness a part of your everyday life. That is the single most important key to success. After that it does not matter how long it takes, what are you going to do “stop when you lose weight ” no. YOU have to be in it for the long haul.
