thanks for making a vid like this! it has really helped to encourage me! i have a training seminar coming up for the Las Vegas police department and running is a big part of it so i can pass the tests. this vid helped me to “set my mind right” , and push hard to get ready for that day!

you are so right about running becoming an addiction and the mindset that runners have. it’s so true. just looking at them and going through that myself (i used to hate running but now it makes me feel so accomplished at the end of a run). i haven’t been working out lately because i got busy and forgot what that felt like but now i feel so motivated. thanks a lot! i’m definitely subscribing!

Thank you for posting this video. I am a Neighbor From Crossville Tennessee and Im currently trying to get into the Army National Guard and running is hard for me. I used to be a smoker I smoked alot and finally got myself off of them and my lungs are having a hard time with it. I wanna get in shape before I go to Basic so its alot easier. Any tips?

no u have dude yeah dude i was the same way running is like wat i do everyday bro i love runnining now i use to weigh 320 and now i weigh 250 and i started running like 2 months ago and now i can run 4 miles in 32 minutes

i have a question , i wana lose 40 pounds and i decided i wanted to do the treadmill on a speed of 3 for an half hour , should i do it for 3 days or step it up to 4 days ? how long did you run for ?

@supercharched2 aye. jeje im not the author of the vid but if you do run do it in the morning n an empty stomach. itll make your metabolism SO much faster. also i ate more fiber. made me feel full…theres a lot more stuff but its basic, like eat fruits and veggies! of course cut back on junk food or better eliminate it all together…but im sure you already knew that and most of the other stuff just make sure you do it! being consistent is the real key bro XD

I’ve been working on losing weight and getting in better shape since earlier this yr. I worked on getting in better shape by doing cardio and now I’m interested in running and walking more, so I’ve been looking at different video’s here on Youtube about it from people. So I’m glad to have found your video and see how it worked for you. :) How long did it take you to lose 30 lbs?
