But unlike Dan, she often likes to walk in silence…so much so, that she had to TALK about it with you. Hmm… Just playin’! As this is Krista typing these words, writing about herself in the 3rd person… Hmm… and you thought only Dan did that! *smile* But seriously…even though I don’t talk about it directly in the video, going for a daily walk is really the best way to consistently lose weight! …as you won’t be scared off from exercise as a daily habit! Then, on days you have both the time & energy to do a higher intensity workout or a super-long walk, hike, or bike ride, then go for it! Always set yourself up for success… just go for a little walk everyday. 15 minutes for beginners; 30-60 minutes for those more advanced. If that’s the only exercise you can achieve for the day, it’s still sure a heck of a lot more than what you would get from yet again MISSING that challenging aerobics or spinning class! As this amazingly catchy song that is currently stuck in my head says… YOU CAN DO THIS! It’s true.
