@mkiitmr2 lol this is for fat people that are looking to loose a bunch of disgusting fat quickly like he said some even lost like 40lbs in 30 days if u want to conserve pretty much 100% of ur diet u would probably go something like 500 cals less then ur maintance and 20-30 mins of moderate cardio

@youngbuck189 yeah man trainers and nutritionist i see all the shit they do i’m like wtf i mean in reality there is no need for trainers if someone just went to the gym for 1 week with a expert they could learn all they need about how to eat and how to exercise after that they can be successful on there own no need for this year round trainer bullshit especially when 95% of them suck balls
