@jas1611 If it hurts your knees, try putting a rolled up blanket or a cushion under them. The make really cushy fitness mats that you can get on the cheap ($15) at Target. xo

Ok, so I just subscribed to you yesterday, after seeing a couple of your training tutorials. (I’m in West Side Story and need to get into my sexy Latina dress! Ok, No matter how much i try i cant seem to lose my belly fat. I need help also to me I don’t feel like i have workout enough if im not breathing crazy heavy and dripping sweat.

@HannaHoviola A good rule of thumb is to do something that works up a GOOD sweat for at least 20-30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Whatever you choose for that sweaty activity is totally up to you ;)

@THEchristinamarieh Nothing worthwhile or lasting comes fast, so you have to stick with it. However, you’ll probably start FEELING better as soon as you start exercising :)
