okay i juss tried this im a heavy girl and im trying to lose weight i know this is supposed to be for the stomach but i did not feel anything happen in my core it kinda hurt my legs and my hands ….. is that supposed to happen cuz yeeea i did everything right i think and now the only things that hurt are my arms and my legs isnt my stomach area supposed to hurt …

@MusicFreak217 First of all, nothing is supposed to hurt when you’re exercising… if it hurts, don’t do it! Normal “burn” is ok, but not pain. Whenever you’re working out, try to engage your core by actively pulling your belly button back toward you spine. That will strengthen your core and make every exercise move more effective and efficient.

@MusicFreak217 i think it’s really hard to know what to move, when you start working out. it’s like muscels you don’t normaly use and you have to wake them up. if that makes sense ? when i tried to move my stomach aria it just burned in my legs, cause thouse other muscles wasn’t use to being used, so natuarly i just moved my legs cause thouse i was use to useing. .. it got a lot easyer after some time.(my english aint that good – hope you got it)

How many times a week do your perform this exercise? Is 3- 4 times a week ok? I wouldnt mind switching it, just to rest those muscles.
