@ManofTomorow they are large complex muscles, and when u work them your body needs to increase it’s caloric expenditure to move them. as they grow, your basal metabolic rate will increase b/c your muscle mass will increase. complex lifts such as bench, rows, hang cleans, squats, deadlifts, will help burn fat. I’m a phys. ed. major with personal training and nutrition license so hopefully those credentials help man.

could some one tell me , if its good to do cardio along with weight training ? and how much time to spend on a treadmill ? thx in advance

@MrTaoufik09 Yes, it’s alright to do this but do it AFTER your lifting only and keep the overall volume low. Remember you’re body is recovering at this point so if you can separate the sessions, that’s going to be ideal.

@MrTaoufik09 the time depends on if you want to lose fat or not, to lose fat interval training for about 20 minutes doing 60 second at steady pace then 30 second sprint, and i would suggest doing this about twice a week.
