when will doctors read your book and finally understand why people gain so much weight and how they can lose it naturally, get in rhythm with their hormones the way their body is intended to work!

Essentially anything under 30 calories between meals is considered small enough to not trigger a digestion cycle – plain tea and coffee are fine – hold off on the sugar.
