Fantastic introduction to exercises. Clear explanation. No ego. No trying to be funny. Just good old fashioned to the point getting the job done. Very professional. Good stuff!

@turismo1992 Try wearing a weight lifting belt. The belt will keep your back straight and you won’t throw it out. Go to walmart, cheap. Don’t use too much weight either. I hurt my back doing leg presses with too much weight, take it on slow.

You should stress on safety by having collar clips on. Don’t you agree?

These 7 workouts seem pretty good for a total body workout. I go to the gym 5 days a week but should i be doing this every day? I don’t think thats right but was just wondering. Or should i do it Mon, Wd, Fri and do just cardio and abs on Tues and Thurs?

Hey can you do these 7 exercises as a fullbody workout? And then supplement with a couple more isolation exercises? I am looking for a new workout routine. Right now I have a 2 day program, 1st day: Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. 2nd day: Biceps and back
I like your videos! Keep up, and “make” come up with more crazy abdominals exercises! :)

you can find out how many calories your burning doing each of these exercises using calculators. You can find a pretty good list if you google ‘your fit assist’

Awesome video, there are a lot of detailed tips that are useful for when lifting weights. I think the important part is that you build muscle according to your body shape.

ahsuknat on July 23, 2011 at 10:01 pm
@Cooldude20107 that sentence ” I want to be at 6ft 4 inch “, no you cant control how height you wanna be, but yes for weight.
wardogmobius on August 11, 2011 at 8:35 am
@Cooldude20107 I recommend you start doing light weight training until you reach the age of 20. Then you can become big. Well, if you are 5 ’10 and 15 years old. You will be over 6”2 definitively. Im 6’1 with 20 years old and was a little bit smaller than you by then. Ask me anything about training if you want.
