Perfect. Before I watched your video, I actually did 90% of your diet. The tuna/eggs/milk/cheese slices etc. really good.
For me though I have other things:
A serving of almonds/nuts
An apple a day (more portable).
The biggest thing you left over though was legumes. Beans and chick peas are by far one of the best foods because they have an excellent source of low glycemic carbs, add a litlte protein (I say little only because the source is not at best) and some fibre :).

if im 15.5 yrs old and i need to gian weight only 52 kg but im also 165 cm or so =p am i underweight cuz i think i am….thing is what shud i eat?cuz i work out 1.5-2 hrs a day and like 5-7 hrs a week when skwl starts in 2 weeks…thanx

@momoson321 Yo are working out too much, and overtraining.
Do yo work outs on 3 alternate days of the week , like Monday, ,,,Wednesday and Friday. Keep each work out session max too 45 minutes each, for a total of 2 and half hours a week max, do the legs one day with heavy squats, another day bench press and dips , and another day chin ups and rows. Eat all the time every hour fish, meat, cheese, milk, fruits bananas, apples, brocoli, kale, beans, peanuts, wheypowder, creatine, corn, Oats, Vitay

Yo are working out too much, and overtraining.

Great video bro, It’s been a minute since I’ve worked out, most definitely gonna’ get back into it,I have question, What protein powder do you use? I’ve used the Gold standard whey, what do you think about Muscle milk though, do you think it be better for gaining mass then gold standard whey? ( I’ve had excellent results when I used the gold standard)

hmm..been eating tuna since forever never gotten sick of it…i eat it with everything and anything lol..but thats probly cause i was born eating sea food and not steaks. lol anyways i’m looking to gain weight atm started working out too just bought a 15lb bag of “mutant mass” and now im about to go grocery shopping thanx man ur list looks legit.

@Gintow1 ahhhhhh HEALTHY lean weight(mass) not fat + (i weigh 125lbs)lol, also PEOPLE THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO SHOP!!! DALE BRAND PROCESSED FRUIT = HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP( very bad ), DEL MONTE CORN ( genetically modified ), COMMERCIAL EGGS ( u want free range ), MILK ( hopefully rBGH free ), KRAFT CHEESE ( artificial color) DO SOME RESEARCH!!!
