My highest weight was 195 pounds. I started at 38% body fat and am now at 18% I am now 151 pounds. I think I’ve gained some more muscle in this video. I know a lot of you might think I look too muscular but I’m happy with my body, and it’s personal preference. I’m not looking to get any more musclar, but am happy now. I am 5’6

Hi Im 5 foot 5 and 150 pounds what are you doing to lose weight? i’m trying to get back down to 130 but i don’t seem to be making much progress. I totally dropped soda and junk from my diet but still only lost 3 pounds..Any advice?
