Get it girl! On ps3 active 2 there’s a jump rope simulator but I haven’t used an actual rope in years! GreAt start!!!

This was NOT a fail…a fail would be more like sitting on the couch looking at the jump rope saying “ok I’m gonna start after this next commercial break” while watching a movie. Lol!! @DYZYRE7 It’s not enough cals for a complete meal it’s only 110 so you can either mix it with another powder or use it as an after workout shake or snack. or like if you are “eating” like 6 times a day do it like 7ambreakfast 9am shake, lunch but when you do that make sure you log to not go over your calories
