I am 5’7 and 190 lbs. I currently am walking 30 minutes a day, do elliptical bike for 20 min every other day, and do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday. What would be a good diet and am I doing anything wrong or should I add anything to my workouts?

are celery, apples, spinach,carrots,grapes,etc good for losing weight? what other foods? I’m tired of meat. I’m mostly active… marching band, P.E, jogging at night for 30 minutes every day. Please help.

I’ve been wanting to forever, so today I finally took the initiative and worked out for 30 minutes straight. I was so happy and proud of myself, until I ate a huge brownie :| Then I was sad.
I’ve tried losing weight so many times before, but I can’t ever stay committed!!

I am doing 30 minutes of pure hard cardio. I hit the weight machines for about 45 minutes. Then I back to cardio for another hour. I do this monday through friday. I am not losing any weight. My current diet is 1 piece of chicken, a cup of green beans, corn, and brocoli. I am not losing any weight? I heard intervals work?
