How often do I have to lower my calories to keep losing weight?
I’m eating about 1500 calories per day and I’m wondering when should I lower them again. When I lose about 10 pounds? When I stop losing weight?
On a very strict diet and not loosing weight? How is it possible?
I gave birth 5 weeks ago and for three weeks now I’ve been on a very strict but healthy food diet, ranging at 1200-1500 calories per day, combined with 30min workout 3-5 days a week, lots of movement during the day while caring for my two children and half breastfeeding half bottle feeding and I am still not loosing any weight at all. In three weeks I would expect to loose at least a kilo but I didn’t.
How is it possible and what am I doing wrong?

How fast do you have to loose weight to get streach marks?
I’m a 17 year old guy and in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost about 11 pounds. I need to loose about 17 more (no I am not starving myself to loose weight, I’m acutally eating more than normal) and I’m wondering if I keep up this rate am I going to get streach marks? I am using an anti-streatch mark product but if I am going to get marks I will take a break on the weight loss. Thanks.
In responce to people who said you can’t get them from loosing weight, I have read many place you can get them from loosing weight. You have anything to back up not getting them when loosing weight?
In answer to someones question on how I loose weight so fast, it’s quite simple really. I weighted 190 pounds 10 days ago (even though I excersise daily) and I was trying to figure out why. I was researching and I realised that excersise burns almost no calories. I was thinking and I realised another thing, calories per day are non-existant. It is all about calories per meal, so its calories per meal. Anyways I figured eating less and more calories every meal would make you loose weight. So anyways not sure that makes any sense so heres how I do it:
you NEED TO EAT 4 meals a day with AT LEAST 2.5 hours between with NO SNACKS IN-BETWEEN
Below is an example of what I eat in a day:
Breakfast – cerial (cheerios) + ham + orange juise
2nd meal between breakfast + lunch – fruit salad + water
lunch – sandwich w/o mayo and stuff
dinner – healthy meal (my dad cooks it, its usually chicken fried rice) + milk etc.
Portion restrictions: There arn’t any but there is one rule, don’t eat until you are full just eat until you are satisfied with room left.
Drinks:
Between meals drinks only with less than 5 calories/cup – yes that includes coffee sorry! Water is better
Drink 8 cups of water a day at least
At meals try to drink healthy drinks (example milk not chocolate milk) no pop or anything
Thats about it, it is all about when you eat and what. Main idea is healty food and not overeating.
Excersise: NOT NEEDED but it does help, walking is best because it burns the right amount of calories

Weight loss?
I eat around about 700/750/800 calories per day and have been useing my treadmill for 2 hours when i get the chance, i hired out a treadmill i got it on the 5th this month and i have done 14hours and 40 minutes is this good?
I’m sick of been fat, im 140 pounds, i want that perfect body, i just wondering if im doing enough on the treadmill or do i need to cut my calories down even more? I see a little weight loss already.. on my bum and my belly and my face, not sure about my legs tho..
I’m 19 years old 5ft3 and 140 pounds. I used to be 154 pounds when i was 16 17 and thought i need to do something about my body weight as its botherd me. People call me fat.
