I’m talking about the traditional diet of the working class Chinese. What do they eat and drink in a day? How large are the servings? Answer if you really know.

Well I don’t have the whole idea ironed out but I have been a Weight Watchers member for yrs now but still have some more to lose. One of the "rewards" is a gold star that goes on a keychain that you receive when you lose 10% of your weight.

My thought was to get a star w/ the chinese symbol for perseverence in the center of the star (I have 2 nieces that were adopted from China so this made me search out symbols). I would probably add something around the star but don’t know what yet.

How does this idea sound to those that have tattoos. I am a virgin….LOL!!! It would obviously be my first, have NO IDEA where I would put it (suggestions would be good here) and don’t know when I would get up the nerve to go thru w/ it!

I would probably put it somewhere that I could show it if I want and cover up if I need to (work, school function for kids, wedding attendence).

I can’t see me getting crazy with them. I am not the type to want/need many!
