I’ve read that the carbonic acid in even diet soda is really bad for your teeth and causes tooth decay. But what if I use sugarless gum or mouthwash right after wards? Would rinsing with water be affective?
I know that pop/soda is not good during pregnancy, let alone Diet pop/soda, but I know I can’t be the only one who drinks it while pregnant. I’ve heard different things from different people on the dangers of drinking diet pop while pregnant and now I’m concerned. Has anyone else been a diet pop drinker during pregnancy and everything still turned out okay with your baby? I have cut back some, but just can’t give it up completely. Thanks!
It’s ridiculous that they only have diet sodas in the vending machines. I mean, I don’t drink soda very much anyway because water is better for you. But many people buy soda every day and it’s always diet or zero or something like that. the only non diet stuff is fruit juice and water. Diet soda is actually worse for you than regular soda because the sugar substitute can cause cancer and other diseases. So why do you think they provide all diet soda?
I fear that I may have become addicted! I’ve been trying to cut out fattening/sugary foods, so whenever I feel like I want fatty snack, I have diet coke/coffee instead. Also, whenever I am bored or procrastinating, I make myself a coffee/get a diet soda. I must drink so much of this stuff during the day, and I know it’s not good for you! Any ideas for weening myself off the caffeine?
I drink around three sodas a day
(diet caffeine free) has anyone asked their docs if this is alright? Thanks
I went to the fair the other night, and my sister in-law told me it was bad to drink diet soda when pregnant because it has a lot of bad chemicals in it. I didn’t know this. The past few months that I’ve been on here, most women recommend other women to drink diet soda if they have a craving for actual soda and drink it every day.
I don’t drink soda all the time; most of the time I drink water.
I just need some input. Thank you! =]
