From tomorrow I will be cutting out all refined sugars and white(bad) carbs. Basically eating lean meat, fish, vegetables and low sugar fruit. I eat a lot of sugar and bad carbs. I was wondering when I will start noticing the difference in my weight. I am a female weigh 8 stone 5lbs now and I am 5’4". I’ve gained unwanted pounds and wondered how long it would be before weight loss. I attend gym three times per week too
