I’ve heard that drinking water will help you lose weight. Is that just because you are drinking water instead of soda or sugary drinks? Anyone have any success stories with losing weight because of drinking water?

Hello, I’ve been drinking water non-stop for almost a week now. I do this because I want to clear up my face along with losing weight. But I noticed about 6 days after going on my "water fetch" I was not able to fit into any of my jeans. These were jeans that I fit perfectly into the week before. Is it that you gain weight or rather "bloat" before you lose your water weight?

I’m wanting to lose about 15 to 20 lbs in a time spand of a month and a half. So I’m cutting my calories by 1,000 a day. Drinking water and crystal light mix drinks instead of soda. But is their a certain diet that can help me out more? I heard of the fiber diet, grape fruit diet, acai berry diet, green tea diet.

But which one would fit my goal? It doesn’t necessarily have to be the examples i showed up above it could be something you would recommend.
