I started a diet a week ago. I’ve been eating mostly salad, yogurt and granola. Once I start to see results, I think it will be easier for me to keep up with it but right now it’s hard to keep dieting without seeing why I’m doing it. How much longer with the same eating habits before I start to see the difference?

My son just tured one year old and I know he doesn’t have to have a bottle or baby food anymore. My fiancee and I don’t always eat the best, and I want our son to eat better. If anyone can give me a good diet and schedule for him I would be very greatful. I’m hoping this will change our eating habits too;)
