i dont want to eat those stupid berrys to lose fat on my sides,and things are excpensive,so i just need a cuple ways ( excersises) to help me lose the fat on my sides at home.with out any of the extra things like those berrys or pills or exspinsive food.

I have roughly two weeks before school starts and bought school close about three weeks ago. I’ve gained a little extra since then unfortunately and have some extra fat hanging over my front/sides. My friend was able to lose 4 lbs in two weeks which I think is healthy but my question is how/what can I do to lose that visible weight in two weeks or is it possible. Meals and some exercise routines would be appreciated.

If I walk briskly for 45-60 min a day in the morning then jumprope and dance for lets say 20min in the evening AND eat healthy in small portions can i lose the extra fat I have lose inches? Thanks .

I want to lose a few extra pounds before school starts.
But no matter how much weight I lose, I think I’m just getting rid of water weight because I still look the same.
How can you lose fat and not just water weight?

I am willing to go to the fitness and practice 2h per day to lose extra fat on my thighs. I play regular tennis, daily and I am skinny and fit. I have 172cm and 52kg. But I have extra fat on my inner thighs. Please give me tips how to get rid of that fat, thank you :)

I am a sixteen year old girl, and I’m skinny, but I’ve always had a slight pear shape. I would love to lose the extra fat in my hips, butt, and legs, but I am too scared to exercise, because I know that one of the first places you lose weight is in your breasts (which are already small enough). Does anyone know what sort of workouts/diets I could do so this doesn’t happen? Or is it just a lost cause?
