I’m a 19 year old male that just got back home from college…needless to say I gained some extra weight. The rest of my body is still fairly lean but my stomach is a little chunky. I don’t want to lose fat and/or muscle anywhere else, just my stomach. Should I run, do sit ups or what?
I’m trying to loose weight and get my piercing for christmas but I still want to loose weight on my stomach after the piercing. I only have a little extra not extreme weight loss. Will it affect my piercing (will it move its location)
I am 16 weeks pregnant, but I do not have that much of an appetite. I have slim fast shakes that I was going to start drinking again just for extra calories, since I only eat about one good meal a day. Usually I find myself a little hungry, and I can’t decide on what to eat because everything makes me feel sick, and by the time I make something I dont eat it. I end up a little light headed and have to go for a sugar fix like a candy bar or soda real fast. I just want to know if these drinks were alright to add or or maybe even the other drinks out there that give extra calories.
I was wondering what some good exercises would be to just tone up a little bit without actually losing weight? I’m at a healthyweight of 120 lbs, but I had a baby almost 2 yrs ago and I still have some extra baby weight around my belly that I would like to tone up a little bit. Any ideas?
