I have small feet, but they are very wide. After having a baby a year ago they have gotten bigger (from the pregnancy) I cant fit into my shoes that i use to wear and hate my extra wide feet. I feel so embarrassed all the time about them. My feet are 8.7 inches in length and the width is 3.9 inches.I am classed as obese. Any tips for losing weight? And will it help my feet get smaller?

I recently have lost over 100 pounds within the last 11 months and now am dealing with all of the extra body fat I had prior to losing weight. Im wanting to deplete the body fat that still remains around my stomach area so that my stomach area shrinks altogether. Im wanting to know what exercise routines I can do to get rid of the remaining body fat in this area please. Thanks for your help!

I am trying a juice diet in August, I eat other things , too, of course, but I watch what I eat and I drink a lot of different juice: apple, orange, grapefruit, pear, rhubarb etc.

I heard grapefruit and its seeds can be helpful while dieting.
