Has anyone got a diet of some sort that will make me drop weight like crazy? in like a week or 2.
I know, it will be mostly water weight and it will come back straight away.
i don’t care how unhealthy it is.
i need to lose 3-4 kilos.

There are those that try to kill themselves for the sake of looking a certain way, expensive surgeries, fad weight loss programs, and disorders such as bulimia and anorexia nervosia are at an all time high. Can the media be blamed for the complexes and hazards associated with its ideals of beauty or can it be chalked up to ignorant masses misinterpreting these generic images? Some might argue that "the people on fad diets just want to get healthier." But I would disagree, as people who want healthiness use healthy habits, such as NOT using fad diets and alleged miracle weight loss supplements; the target of these fad diets are those with low self-esteem who think it will make them beautiful, not necessarily healthy. For example, a product called "Lipozene" on the market is allegedly supposed to make you lose weight in under a few weeks, but they also state that 78% of the weight lost was pure body fat. What is the other twelve%? water perhaps? But its clearly not something worth risking your health is it? At the end of every fad weight loss commercial, they list the risk of using the product in tiny letters at the bottom of the screen, some of which include the necessity of medical attention and even death.
Is beauty such a thing worth dying for?
I just wondered which diet programs and/or fad diets have worked for other people. I don’t have a problem exercising, but I always struggle with eating which makes me lose weight incredibly slow. I need to lose 67 pounds and am planning on starting a plan soon and just wanted some feedback. Thanks!
