Whenever I lose or gain weight I always see the results the next morning. But right now I’m losing weight and appears I’ve gotten thinner since this morning. I didn’t weigh myself, I just looked in the mirror.
Is it possible that I lost fat during the course of the day? Or is it only when you sleep?
I basically eat around 5 meals a day, and around 4 sliced of bread for 3 meals, with ham or so on. I was wondering what I can eat to lose fat and gain muscle. Feel free to comment, I would really appreciate it!
I’m trying to gain muscle, which means working out and eating more. But I also want to get rid of some flab on my stomach, which probably means aerobics. So how do I exercise and eat to gain weight (muscle), but lose fat? It seems like it would be a very difficult thing to balance.
