I exercise and do ab workouts and eat healthy but the only place I lose fat is on my lower abs and the fat on my upper abs won’t go away. I know most women gain weight around lower region of stomach but mine seems to be reversed.

lol. Face fat. Weird right? I’m 113 pounds and 5’2 but I look 200 pounds in the face. My face and my butt are the 1st places I gain weight but how do I lose my face fat? I look good in all my other places but my face just looks big. How do I slim it down?
Nope. I do sit ups all the time. My stomach is toned but my butt and my face is still big. My body is weird and the only thing I know of that tones all of my body at once is jogging.

Im 17 weigh 136 lbs and I am 5’7 is there any way I can lose fat on my body and gain weight (muscle mass and size) by the end of may? Will protein help?

then how do anorexics lose all that weight?
eating less then 1000 calories a day will obviously make you lose weight. i just don’t understand why people are convinced it won’t. It will make you gain all the weight back, but it will definitely cause rapid weight loss, correct?

I’ve heard that diet sodas and diet soft drinks can make you gain weight. If you count calories is this true. How do they cause weight gain?

I don’t eat much fast food at all.
I eat fruit everyday.
I only drink one soft drink a day.

I did tennis, but seemed to only gain weight.
I’m doing cross country this summer (hopefully) as well.
I just want to get in shape and I really want to trim around my thighs and tummy.

Any particular workout routine or diet that you know of that works well?
