I avoided sweets, fried foods, soft drinks, and junk food and I still gained 55 pounds. I followed my pregnancy diet to the letter. Did anyone else have this happen?

I’m still breastfeeding and my daughter is one. I am starting to gain weight and I wanted to know if there were any quick over the counter remedies that would be safe to take while still breastfeeding?

A friend of mine is pregnant with twins, and all she eats is 1200 calories a day. She is overweight to begin with. Plus she has allergens/intolerances to alot of foods I do have to say that she eats extremely well, and is very self-concious of what goes in her mouth. . How do I tell my friends she needs to increase her caloric intake without being insulting. She’s afraid to gain any weight. What do I do?

I want to get thinner but then have a toner body, is it bad to gain muscle before losing weight, will it make it harder to lose weight or somthing? I dont want to to buff, i just want to be thinner and toned. what should i do?

I’m 90 pounds, 5’2, and I really need to become fit. I have been kind of procrastinating on this because I am afraid that if I start to exercise, I will end up losing weight and looking even skinnier. What are some good workouts I can do without risking weight loss? What are some good general strength gaining exercises? At 90 pounds, how much weight should I be able to lift?

I’m not talking about eating disorders. I am obsessed with losing weight…I am always restricting myself of calories…I only eat about 1100 a day. and I go the gym 6 times a week. I constantly check my weight, like 4 times a day. I have already reached my weight loss goal, but I’m afraid if i stop the things i did when i lost weight, I will gain weight. what should i do?
