I want to gain muscle around my thighs and arms wihout losing any fat.
Im a female, 15 yrs, 74lbs, and about 4’10

I know, im EXTREMELY short for my age. I want to gain more weight. I know that muscle weighs more then fat. I also have a fast metabolism which is why im trying to gain muscle not more fat.

Im starting to excercise each day for 30mins.

hey all , i just want to know how u can gain muscle without losing weight. I don’t want to take any supplements.. i only take chocolate milk after i workout, it has enough carbs and protein for a post workout drink. Im 17, and i weight 175 5"9, I want to go all natural, but not lose weight.

Latley I’ve been trying a crazy diet and my doctor said if I keep it up I could get really
sick Ive been losing weight and when I go off the diet I dnt want to gain the weight! Help

I have been dieting for 6 weeks now. I have lost 16 pounds so far. About 26 more to go, so i’m figuring about 3 more months then. But my question is, that once I reach my goal, how do I add calories back into my diet, so that I can stop losing weight & balance my diet back out, but at the same time, not gain weight either?

Hello, I’ve been drinking water non-stop for almost a week now. I do this because I want to clear up my face along with losing weight. But I noticed about 6 days after going on my "water fetch" I was not able to fit into any of my jeans. These were jeans that I fit perfectly into the week before. Is it that you gain weight or rather "bloat" before you lose your water weight?
