A game showing the way I level up
so i gained a little bit of weight. not much but summer is coming and i’d like to look the way i did last year. right now i weight. 126, and i am 5’2" i know 126 isn’t a lot but i feel for how short i am it is. i don’t really want to go get a pass to a gym or anything i just wanna lose the weight at home.
or not so much even lose weight, just lose inches or tone what i got.
so any tips on how to do that?
i already know to drink plenty of water, supposedly you are suppose to drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day, is that true?
and i don’t know if this will help me, i think it would. i got the wii active exercise game and i was going to start running with my dog cause he is getting chunky.
oh and i’d like not to lose my boobs. then aren’t that big to begin with so i don’t want them any smaller. :/
